Victims deserve a full accounting and public release of facts relating to the university's actions with regard to the crimes committed by assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky during the course of his employment. Penn State University's hiring of Ken Feinberg to review and settle claims by victims of child sexual assault is a gesture indicating their desire to be fair to all victims. But any attempt to mediate the victims' claims against the university should not preclude a thorough and transparent discovery and disclosure of the university's actions.
