State Victim Assistance Academies Resource Center

The SVAA Resource Center is designed to:

  • further and support the vital work of state victim assistance academies (SVAAs) across the country, and
  • build on the past experiences of SVAAs to provide a system of foundational and continuing training for victim advocates to strengthen the network of victim service providers.

Features of this site include:

  • Resources: A collection of shared documents, videos, curricula, and other resources SVAAs can use in their work.
  • SVAA Map: A graphical link to information about victim assistance academies in the states and territories.
  • Community Calendar: A list of upcoming events at the national and state levels.
